John J. Fleming III • Principal – Managing Director

John is the joint founder and principal of Triton. In his capacity as Managing Director, he specializes in delegated claim management & business management outsource services for specialty underwriters and E&S carriers. John specifically focuses on primary & excess General Liability; Commercial Property; Construction; Professional Liability; and, Commercial Auto programs.

Based out of Triton’s New York City office, he also oversees litigation & coverage matters nationwide.

Brian Fleming • Principal – Personal Lines

Brian is the joint founder and principal of Triton. In his capacity as US Primary & Excess Liability Lead, his focus is on non-standard auto; commercial auto rental & leasing; hired & non-owned auto; and transportation.

Based out of Triton’s Alpharetta office, Brian also oversees CAT & Rapid Response teams.

Rachel Sheffield • Principal – Casualty Practice Leader

As Triton’s Principal Casualty Practice Leader, Rachel focuses on lessor’s office & retail package; owner’s, landlords & tenants; business owners; artisans; liquor law; New York Labor Law; and SIR programs.

Based out of Alpharetta, she also oversees program compliance.

Mark Lobel • Principal – Property Practice Leader

As Triton’s Principal Property Practice Leader, Mark’s depth of coverage knowledge and years of front-line experience lay the foundation for directing & handling commercial property; hard-to-place residential; inland marine; motor, truck, cargo; and commercial auto physical damage programs (including dealer open lot & fleets).

Based out of West Palm Beach, Mark also leads CAT & Rapid Response teams.

Diane H. Messerschmitt – Director of Excess and Transportation

Diane brings over 30 years of claims experience including primary & excess commercial auto, general liability, and all lines of high-exposure casualty. She handles primary & excess claims nationwide and is multi-state licensed. Diane is company-trained in claims investigation & management, litigation management, and risk management. She is a faculty member for the CLM School of Transportation, and is a speaker at various industry conferences throughout the year.
