We provide a range of due diligence audit services from assessment of reserve adequacy and regulatory compliance to second opinions on books of business. Triton believes that specialist lines require expertise and we create bespoke audit teams to add value by identifying trends and providing positive feedback. Our audit functions include supporting our clients in their regulatory obligations and assisting runoff companies in their initial due diligence and the more frequent post-acquisition reviews.
We know Insurers are required to monitor and audit the Claims Administration companies that they retain to manage claims on their behalf, and Triton has developed its own internal audit review which pre-populates many of the audit fields that the carrier, or their audit team, will need to review. While this product does not displace the need to check the data, it does reduce the time and cost of external audits enabling the external auditors to more easily concentrate on the matters of substance for our clients.
